I LOVE this piece. It stirred up many unnamable emotions for me.
Thank you so much for these words Liz.
You’re welcome. Thank you for creating such beautiful music.
Wow, thank you! This is a sublime piece of music. It seems pretty, like some of the classic piano works you have shared. I was going to say sonata, but I looked up my fave piece, Für Elise, and I now believe this beautiful music of yours is a bagatelle. Please correct me if I am wrong!
I wouldn’t dare putting it among the classics. I think the right term is “pseudo-classical” – I’m not pretending to be too modest (I ain’t!😇), nor is the term dismissive as it may sound : it’s used for most of the orchestral soundtracks, for example. In any case, if this was to be considered as a classical piece (which, again, it ain’t), “bagatelle” would be a proper term.
Thank you very much for appreciating this! It was recorded in my diseased friend’s studio – he was a fine sound engineer and a fine musician – piano player himself.
Well, I love your neo-pseudo-classic “bagatelle” . Thank you!!!!
