Κάπως έτσι αρχίζει ο ‘Χρυσός του Ρήνου’, το πρώτο μέρος της περίφημης Τετραλογίας [Το Δαχτυλίδι των Νιμπελούνγκεν] του Ρίχαρντ Βάγκνερ. Και …κάπως έτσι εγκαινιάζεται ανεπίσημα, ως είδος, το μίνιμαλ.
Στο κάτω-κάτω ο Βάγκνερ ήταν ο άνθρωπος που είπε τη φράση : “σε 100 χρόνια από τώρα, κυρίαρχα όργανα της ορχήστρας θα είναι τα κρουστά και η ανθρωπότητα θα χορεύει ακατάπαυστα στα 4/4”.
Ή να το ’ χεις ή να μην το ‘χεις.

After all, Wagner was the man who said once: “100 years from now, the dominant instruments of the orchestra will be the percussion and humanity will dance incessantly at 4/4”.
Like they say, either you have it or you don’t.
