      He was also a fascinating musician from the late ’60s to the late ’70s. Since then, he’s the epitomy of what we call “cult of personality” [“the godfather of punk” and blalabla]. A brilliant guy for sure, though. When he was asked, some years ago, why he keeps on recording and touring he answered this : people like stuff like the one I do. And, as far as I know, I’m still the best Iggy Pop impersonator in the business”.
