Παρεμπιπτόντως [βλ. κάτω], μια “ενδιαφέρουσα” βερσιόν του τραγουδιού [η επέμβαση αφορά σε ωμά παραπλανητικό ακρωτηριασμό του] – το “ευχαριστώ” των Devo στην Good Year για την υποστήριξη της περσινής υποψηφιότητάς τους για το Rock’n’Roll Hal Of Fame.
Η υποστήριξη απέβη άκαρπη.

Devo were Godheads back in the day, one of my most beloved rock acts ever!
That line is especially true today. I still love Devo. Wall of Voodoo is another group I really love.

Και μετά σου λέει μεσογειακές χώρες.. Εδώ άλλοι ζουν στη Φιλανδία που είναι τίγκα στο σκοτάδι και το κρύο, έχουν τον Πούτιν από δίπλα να τους απειλεί ότι θα πατήσει το κουμπί, έχουν κι ένα σωρό ζητήματα ζωής και θανάτου να διευθετήσουν ένεκα πρωθυπουργοί και πάλι τους βλέπεις όλη την ώρα έξω καρδιά!
Καλά, πιο μεγάλη μπαλαφάρα από τους “ανοιχτόκαρδους” και τους “παθιάρηδες” μεσογειακούς λαούς σε σχέση με τους “ψυχρούς” βορειοευρωπαίους δεν ξέρω αν έχω ακούσει. Πάντα γέλαγα μ’ αυτό το παραμύθι. Ακούγαμε Damned και Pistols ενώ στην Ελλάδα μεσουρανούσε ο …Ηλίας Ανδριόπουλος.
Μου φαίνεται ότι τα “στερεότυπα” περί “δυτικών”, “υπερβορείων”, “μεσογειακών”, “ανατολιτών” κλπ τείνουν τελευταία προς εξαφάνιση. Και γενικότερα με τον καιρό μάλλον επιβεβαιώνεται η εντύπωση ότι αυτό που κυρίως καθορίζει το πεπρωμένο λαών και ατόμων δεν είναι ούτε τα γονίδια ούτε το περιβάλλον ούτε το παρελθόν αλλά η καθαρή και ανόθευτη τύχη.
