Ήταν η πρώτη στην οποία ο Billy Preston ανέλαβε το ρόλο του παραγωγού, ενώ ο καλός του φίλος George Harrison συμμετείχε σε αρκετά κομμάτια, μεταξύ των οποίων αυτά που ακούμε : το οργανικό, βασισμένο στον ήχο του clavinet Outta Space και το title track του άλμπουμ. 🟡 🟡 The legendary pianist-keyboardist, “the musician who played with both the Beatles and the Stones” on two tracks from his 1971 solo release I Wrote a Simple Song. It was the first on which he took on the role of producer, with his good friend George Harrison contributing to several tracks, including the two we hear: the instrumental Outta Space, built around the sound of the clavinet, and the album’s title track.
