Επιλέγουμε το εκπληκτικό πρώτο μέρος, Allegro [όχι τόσο δύσκολο όσο η “απίθανη” φούγκα του φινάλε] και το ακούμε από τα μαγικά χέρια της Mitsuko Uchida, γεννημένης επίσης αυτό το μήνα, 75 χρόνια πριν.
Hammerklavier is the most technically demanding among LVB’s sonatas, and one of the highlights of his third period. We pick the amazing first part, Allegro [not as challenging as the “impossible” last part’s fuga] and we hear it from the magical hands of Mitsuko Uchida, also born this month, 75 years ago.
