Yπάρχει άραγε θέαμα πιο αποκρουστικό, γελοίο και θλιβερό συνάμα, από τα δυο μασκοφορεμένα όντα σε απόσταση ασφαλείας;
Η νέα ανακοίνωση της Μαρίας Θεοδωρίδου και του Μάριου Θεμιστοκλέους, αφορά στην τρίτη αναμνηστική δόση που απευθύνεται σε συγκεκριμένες κατηγορίες ευπαθών.
“Μόνη προϋπόθεση”, ανέφερε η πρόεδρος της επιτροπής εμβολιασμού “για κλείσιμο ραντεβού, είναι να έχουν περάσει τουλάχιστον 4 εβδομάδες από τη λήψη της δεύτερης δόσης”. Τώρα, πόσο επιστημονικό ακούγεται αυτό; ή εν πάση περιπτώσει, πόσο εγγυητικό αποτελεσματικότητας; θέλω να πω, αν κάποιος μπορεί και πρέπει, σε ένα μήνα από τη δεύτερη δόση να κάνει την τρίτη, πόσο άραγε πρέπει να περιμένει ως την τέταρτη;
Δεν βαριέμαι να επαναλαμβάνω ότι η κυρία Θεοδωρίδου στα τέλη Μαΐου παρότρυνε τον κόσμο να πραγματοποιήσει το εμβόλιο της AstraZeneca. Ως εκ τούτου, αυτή τη στιγμή θα έπρεπε να βρίσκεται αντιμέτωπη με τη δικαιοσύνη.

I see people out on the ditch bank, all alone, walking or running with masks on. I find it really scary that our governess says to wear a mask indoors in public settings, and people wear them everywhere. Funny. I took two kitties to the vet last week for their rabies shots and no one in the veterinary clinic were wearing masks. I took two more kitties to the vet this morning and everyone but me were wearing masks. I told the vet I apparently didn’t get the latest memo from the governess. I take it we are supposed to wear masks again? She took off her mask and said yes, then we carried on like normal people without masks.
Our local university with 30,000 students is requiring everyone to be vaccinated to go to the campus. Students need to send copies of their vaccination cards to the registrar, and then the students will be marked as vaxed on the rolls and can attend class. All of our universities are complaining about the large drops in enrollments over the past several years. Requiring vaccinations to go onto campus isn’t going to help much. To make up money lost from declining enrollments, they are adding all kinds of new fees. I just paid my wife’s tuition and there were $1300 in extra fees.
