Δε χρειάζεται να είσαι φαν του είδους όπως εγώ για να την εκτιμήσεις, εξ ου και δεν υπήρχε περίπτωση να μην ανεβάσω αυτό το βίντεο : όχι ακριβώς “χριστουγεννιάτικο”, αλλά γιορτή από μόνο του. Στα σχόλια, κάποιοι υμνούν τη διασκευή σαν “απόλυτη απόδειξη” του ότι η A.I. δε θα ξεπεράσει ποτέ την ανθρώπινη εφευρετικότητα. Ανοησίες : Ακόμα και το original ‘Stayin’ Alive’ αρκεί ως απόδειξη – Το Youtube site των ατόμων λέγεται Jonasquin (παράφραση του ονόματος του αγαπημένου μου Josquin des Prez!) και αξίζει κανείς να το ψάξει… 🍄 🍄 The transformation of ‘Staying Alive’ into a four-voice madrigal by these people below, is incredibly joyful and “mean business” musically at the same time — and let’s not even get started on their voices. You don’t have to be a fan of the genre like I am to appreciate this, which is why there was no way I wasn’t going to share this video: not exactly “Christmas-y,” but a celebration all on its own. In the comments, some people praise the arrangement as the “ultimate proof” that A.I. will never surpass human inventiveness. Nonsense : Even the original ‘Stayin’ Alive’ is proof enough – The YouTube channel of these folks is called Jonasquin (a playful paraphrase of my beloved Josquin des Prez’ s name!), and it’s definitely worth checking out…
