Στη μνήμη του Pavel Chekov, πλοηγού του διαστημόπλοιου Enterprise ακούμε ένα απόσπασμα από τη μουσική του Jerry Fielding για το σπουδαίο επεισόδιο Spectre Of The Gun : ήταν αυτό με τον πιο περιεκτικό και ενδιαφέροντα ρόλο για τον ίδιο, ως εκ τούτου και το αγαπημένο του. 📀 📀 📀 The death of Walter Koenig (at 90) deprives the Star Trek family of yet another of its members. His presence on the bridge of the Enterprise, his name, and his Russian accent represented a notable gesture of …inclusivity at a time when the Cold War was at its height. In memory of Pavel Chekov, navigator of the starship Enterprise, we listen to an excerpt from Jerry Fielding’s music for the brilliant episode Spectre Of The Gun : it was the one that gave him his most substantial and interesting role, and as a result it became his favorite. The track also covers the scene of his illusory death.

I always liked the Chekov character. (He was cute.)
