Έχουμε παίξει support με τους Blue Light στον Robyn Hitchcock κάπου στα middle ‘80s – όχι ακριβώς η πιο ευχάριστη εμπειρία από πλευράς κοινού και ηχητικών. Δεν ήμουν φαν, μου ήταν απλώς συμπαθής για την τύπου Syd Barrett φωνή και κάποια τραγούδια του, όπως, κυρίως το ‘The Man With The Lightbulb Head’. Τον θυμήθηκα πέφτοντας πάνω σ’ αυτό το βίντεο του ’85 – αγνοούσα την ύπαρξή του.

We’ve opened for Robyn Hitchcock with Blue Light somewhere in the mid ’80s – not exactly the most enjoyable experience in terms of audience and audio. Wasn’t a real fan, I just liked the guy for his Syd Barrett – like voice and some of his songs, such as, most notably, ‘The Man With The Lightbulb Head’. I remembered him as I stumbled upon this ’85 video – I was unaware of its existence.

    Hmm, I don’t hear sound on this – I went to Youtube and still didn’t hear it. I’ll have to search it out and see if I can find it where I can hear.

      I put the song on mp3, and also another video, with sound. This is the one I first came across / listened to, but I ‘d chosen the other because of its “cover” …skipping the listening part. Thanks again.

      Yes, no big deal really. But I do like the song, I put it also on mp3 because Trent [and I suppose others also] couldn’t hear it. I also switched to another YouTube channel.
