Ένα απόσπασμα από το άλμπουμ μας Blues For The White Nigger, κυκλοφορία του 2011 / An extract from our Blues For The White Nigger album, released in 2011

ARTIFACTS
Painted ceiling, artifacts and precious flair
Sacred feeling, damages beyond repair
I‘m dealing with an innocent man
– cannot be blamed for what he ‘s made of
I’m dealing with an innocent man
– cannot be kept from what he claims to be

DROWNING IN DEBTS
Can’t you see there’s
No turning back
You tricked yourself in vicious games
Made an angry face against the stars
Traveled so far, moving down the alien trail
The chance is here but you‘re now burned out

Can’t you see there’s
No happy end
No one to catch you when you fall
Sparkling saviors built to make the sale
Made a fool of you, the promise they gave you cannot hold
The chance is here but you‘re now burned out

Easy come but
So hard to go
You ‘re drowned in debts you cannot pay
Gazer running out of empty hope
And there ain’t no insult that you cannot take
The chance is here but you‘re now burned out

Interesting mix… in keeping with your and Marina’s unique blending of influences. If I remember right one of the major distributors rejected or removed this because of the title?

      Thank you.
Yes, we didn’t expect such a thing could happen back in 2011!

Looks like you’ve been reinstated. Your album shows up in Canada today, along with Richard Pryor and John Lennon.

        Long live freedom of expression!

Love this! Marina’s voice is magic.
The entire piece is a gem.
Shades of Jethro Tull are here and there.

I totally agree [about Jethro Tull], and …thank you for noticing this!
