Yes! I always thought the ’90s were a reprice of the ’60s as a farce. Even the Beatles enjoyed “a new career” in this decade.
I was establishing my higher education career in the 1990s, so I don’t remember much about them outside of the Academy. (Although higher ed definitely had its farcial elements–and still does.)
