Riverbed is an instrumental piece I wrote as a teenager, and reworked a little bit later. The recording was made in the middle ’90s.

I enjoyed this piece very much. What instruments were you playing? It had a harpsichord feel to it.
Ι wrote it at 18, on a mandolin, which was my first of many instruments. In my mind, the “theme” has to do with the passing of time.
A few years later, I arranged / expanded it for keyboard. This particular timbre is a mix of synth sounds which …I don’t remember. Now that you mention it, it somehow “calls” for a harpsichord. If I wanted to arrange it in full [pseudo-]classical form, it would be classical guitar + orchestra, but right now I hear harpsichord + orchestra as an interesting option.
