One of the greatest living pianists, the Yugoslav – born [Serbian] Ivo Pogorelich on the third part of Chopin’s Sonata No 2 : Marche Funèbre – Lento – Attacca.
it’s been on my mind for days, and now is the proper time to hear it.

Hah! As I told your wife… this particular piece would have been perfect if Trump had won… 😉
One of my favorite compositions ever. The dynamic sound, key and mood ranges are magnificent. The first time I ever heard the entire piece was watching the funeral march for John F. Kennedy’s death procession on television. It was the beginning of 5 years of national trauma from which our nation has yet to recover. I continue to hope, “That in Him was life, and that life was the light of men. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”
I certainly hope so. Although I doubt it.
You are a unique person, thank you for your response.
I really enjoyed this music, that 2 years ago, I wound not take the time to listen to!
