Πίσω στον Μεγάλο Πολωνό – συνθέτη του μήνα, με το νεανικό έργο Bolero σε Λα Ελάσσονα, άδικα ένα από τα λιγότερο γνωστά του. To ερμηνεύει ο μέγιστος των Chopin interpreters, Arthur Rubinstein.
Back to the Great Polish – composer of the month, with the youthful work Bolero in A Minor, unfairly one of his lesser known. Performed by the greatest of Chopin interpreters, Arthur Rubinstein.

Not the Bolero I know, yet it is wonderful. How many Bolero’s are there?
Admittedly, I know Bolero from Torvill & Dean’s winning skate in 1984.
There are countless boleros, since bolero is a dance music genre (of Spanish origin). Like other popular dances the time came for it also to enter the concert hall, being the inspiration for many classical composers – Ravel and Chopin among them. Thank you!
Ahh, so I learned something new. Thank you!
