Είχα πρωτοδεί αυτή τη συνέντευξη του FZ προ δεκαετίας περίπου – έρχεται απ’ τη χρονιά που, κατά σύμπτωση σταμάτησα να ακούω ροκ για αρκετό διάστημα. Είναι (περισσότερο από) περιττό να πω ότι συμφωνώ με όλα όσα λέει, αναφερόμενος κυρίως στην κατάσταση που είχε ήδη περιέθει η μουσική βιομηχανία, χάρη στο MTV. Για κάποιο λόγο (σχετικό πιθανώς με το πρόσφατο post) το YouTube μου σέρβιρε ξανά τη συνέντευξη …και την ξαναείδα. Ο Frank μου φάνηκε ακόμα πιο αξιαγάπητος απ’ ότι την πρώτη φορά οπότε …there you go. 🔴 🔴 I first saw this FZ interview about a decade ago — it’s from the year when, coincidentally, I stopped listening to rock for quite a long time. It’s (more than) unnecessary to say that I agree with everything he says, largely referring to the state the music industry had already fallen into, thanks to MTV. For some reason (probably related to the recent post), YouTube served me the interview again… and I watched it again. Frank seemed even more endearing to me than the first time, so… there you go.
