Οι Executive Slacks (Matt Marello – κιθάρα, φωνή, John Young – πλήκτρα, Albert Ganss / Bobby Rae – drums) από τη Φιλαδέλφεια ανήκουν στους πρωτοπόρους, στα early – middle ’80s ενός ήχου που θα δέσποζε από τις αρχές της επόμενης δεκαετίας, αναδεικνύοντας σε superstars καλλιτέχνες όπως οι Ministry, NIN, Manson. Αυτό αφορά κυρίως στα δύο “ιστορικά” άλμπουμ τους : Nausea (1985) με παραγωγό τον Youth των Killing Joke από όπου το πρώτο τραγούδι που ακούμε και Fire & Ice (1986) από όπου το δεύτερο. This mainly has to do with their two “historic” albums, Nausea (1985) with Youth of Killing Joke as producer, and Fire & Ice (1986) from which the two songs we hear, respectively. Executive Slacks remain one of the well kept secrets in rock history.
