Η “αυτοπαρουσίαση” είναι μια διαδικασία κουραστική και κατά βάσιν άκομψη. Ως εκ τούτου, συνοπτικά:
Έχω εργαστεί επί χρόνια ως επαγγελματίας μουσικός. Επί πολύ περισσότερα, ως «πολιτιστικός» [αρχι-]συντάκτης στον περιοδικό / ημερήσιο Τύπο, και ως ραδιοφωνικός παραγωγός. Σπούδασα στο Ελληνικό Ωδείο [πιάνο – θεωρία], και στη Νομική Σχολή του ΑΠΘ, την οποία εγκατέλειψα επί πτυχίω για να αφοσιωθώ στη μουσική. Σε μια χώρα όπως η Ελλάδα, ο άνθρωπος που ασχολείται επαγγελματικά με τη μουσική, ρισκάρει να χάσει την ουσία της – εξ ου, ως εναλλακτική, προέκυψε η δημοσιογραφία. Παράλληλα με τη βιοποριστική δραστηριότητα, έχω κυκλοφορήσει αρκετά άλμπουμ σε ανεξάρτητες δισκογραφικές. Τα περισσότερα από αυτά με τους MK-O, σχήμα που διατηρούμε από το 2007, με την σύζυγο και συνεργάτιδά μου, Μαρίνα Καναβάκη.

Self presentation can be a tedious process and rather awkward. So, to cut a long story short:I’ve worked for some years as a professional musician, and for many more as editor-in-chief in magazines / newspapers and as a radio producer. I’ve studied at the Hellenic Conservatory [piano, musical theory] and at the Law School of Thessaloniki, which I left to devote myself to music. I have released several albums in alternative labels, most of them by the name of MK-O, with my wife Marina Kanavaki.
