Το Kings Of The Wild Frontier έχει στο μυαλό μου μια πολύ ξεχωριστή θέση ανάμεσα στις κυκλοφορίες της New Wave περιόδου. Χάρη σ’ αυτό, ο Stuart Leslie Goddard, ευρύτερα γνωστός ως Adam Ant, “έκλεισε θέση” στην ιστορία της ποπ, ή έστω θα έπρεπε να έχει “κλείσει”. Δεν συναντάς συχνά τραγούδια με την πρωτοτυπία και τη δύναμη του “Dog Eat Dog” – και αρκετών ακόμα απ’ το ίδιο άλμπουμ.

Kings Of The Wild Frontier holds a very special place in my mind among the realeases of the New Wave period. Thanks to that, Stuart Leslie Goddard, better known as Adam Ant, took his place in pop history, or at least, he should have.
It’s not every day that you hear a song so vivid and so original like “Dog Eat Dog” – and many others from the same album.
