MOZART : VIOLIN CONCERTO No 3, K 216

Ο Fabio Biondi και οι Europa Galante στο πρώτο και δεύτερο μέρος, Allegro [00:00], Adagio [07:39] του εξαίσιου Κονσέρτου για βιολί Νο 3 σε Σολ, K 216. Γραμμένου από τον Mozart την ίδια χρονιά που συνέθεσε και τα υπόλοιπα πέντε για το ίδιο όργανο : το 1775, σε ηλικία 19 χρόνων.

Fabio Biondi and Europa Galante on the first and second parts, Allegro [00:00], Adagio [07:39] of the exquisite Violin Concerto No. 3 in G, K 216. Written by Mozart in the same year he composed his other five concerts for the same instrument : in 1775, at the age of 19.

    Wonderful. There is something happy, frolicking, exuberant in Mozart’s music, so far from what I’ve heard. Thank you!

      You’re absolutely right. There’s also deep sorrow in it. And, in certain occasions, there’s this “demonic” spirit – you feel like the orchestra is literally laughing at you. Beethoven said about Mozart : “I have always been his greatest admirer!”

        Yes, now that you mention it, there is a demonic… devilish attitude in some of Mozart’s music.
        That the orchestra is “laughing at us” is quite brilliant. Some other composer’s “demonic”, could have the orchestra leering or sneering at you.

        One thing I can humbly offer about these 2 phenomenal composers; Beethoven and Mozart’s music are divergent.
