Ανάμεσα στις επιρροές του αναφέρει τις ατονάλ εντρυφήσεις του Lennie Tristano, αλλά και τη μουσική των Ravel, Scriabin. Άψογος σχηματισμός και εναλλαγή φράσεων, ήχος με κρυστάλλινη διαύγεια, νότες ολοστρόγγυλες, πάθος και τέλειο κοντρόλ.

Such is the plethora of piano virtuosos that the time to point out someone comes more and more rarely. The Israeli Yaron Herman is one of those rare cases. Among his influences he mentions the atonal indulgences of Lennie Tristano, and also the music of Ravel, Scriabin. Flawless formation and alternation of phrases, sound with crystal clarity, round notes, passion and perfect control.
