Με ανεξάντλητες αναφορές σε “ετερόκλητα” μουσικά είδη [από τις βασικές επιρροές τους οι Zappa, Beefheart] χιούμορ και με πρωτοποριακές ιδέες στον τομέα των visuals και της σκηνικής παρουσίας, διέγραψαν μια φαντασμαγορική τροχιά επί 2 δεκαετίες.

The Tubes were one of the most interesting bands to start their career in the ’70s America. With endless references to “diverse” musical genres [Zappa, Beefheart were among their main influences] humor and pioneering ideas in the field of visuals and stage presence, the Californians runned a spectacular trajectory for 2 decades.
