Το τραγούδι γράφτηκε και ηγογραφήθηκε εσπευσμένα από τον Randy Newman τον Ιανουάριο του 1991, μια μέρα πριν απ’ την πρώτη εισβολή του Κόλπου – ‘Καταιγίδα της Ερήμου’. Στάλθηκε άμεσα σαν promo single στους ραδιοσταθμούς εξασφαλίζοντας άφθονο air play (αντανακλαστικά επιπέδου εποχής social media – 10 χρόνια πριν τα social media) χωρίς ποτέ να αποτελέσει κανονική εμπορική κυκλοφορία. Θα εμφανιζόταν σε δίσκο 7 χρόνια αργότερα με τη συλλογή Guilty : 30 Years of Randy Newman. 🔴 🔴 The song was written and hastily recorded by Randy Newman in January 1991, the evening before the air campaign of Operation Desert Storm began. It was immediately sent out as a promo single to radio stations securing plenty of airplay (social-media-era level reflexes 10 years before social media) without ever becoming a regular commercial release. It finally appeared on a proper album release seven years later on the compilation Guilty : 30 Years of Randy Newman.
