Quincy Jones’ work with artists like M. Jackson, F. Sinatra, is the tip of the iceberg in a career spanning much more than half a century. We’ll hear some snapshots, starting with the main theme for the 1970 crime film ‘They Call Me Mr. Tibbs’ – directed by Gordon Douglas, starring Sidney Poitier, Martin Landau, Barbara Mcnair. The legendary producer, arranger and composer died yesterday at the age of 91.
