I love this song “No Town”.
The band was “Alta Moda”, but someone is rewriting history by saying it is the “Infidels”,which was Norman’s second band.

Søren makes up a lot of his own words and phrases.

I remember how stunned I was when I realized that some of these creatures are not just mimicking voices and sounds. They’re actually capable of reasoning.

It’s really frustrating. We’ll be sitting at the counter and Søren is carrying on in the in the other room where he can’t see us talking and singing up a storm. I press Record on my phone and he shuts up. I don’t know how he knows. It’s like he has bird ESP.

We’ll be talking and Søren interrupts to tell us we are liars or stupid or both. We tell him to shut up, and he responds with “Fuck you!” He will be chattering in Laurie’s voice, pause for a moment and then say “Yeah!” in my voice, then go back to chattering in Laurie’s voice. It sounds like he’s really talking sentences when you are not paying close attention, but he’s mostly blabbering laced with a few coherent phrases.

One thing I can say for Søren is he has a rye sense of humor. He laughs at my jokes when nobody else does.

I’ve tried to record him, but he senses it and shuts up. He does a lot of talking I’ve never been able to record.
