Same here exactly. I first heard “Shout” years after its release! There are some outstanding tracks but the album is low for Devo standards.

I loved Devo almost as much as the Damned. Devo’s first three albums were monsters, the next two pretty good. This one I could always live without. But what a cover “SHOUT” had!
