Η κοινωνία περνάει μια λεπτή γραμμή, ειδικά στον σημερινό κόσμο, όπου υπάρχουν πολλές μέθοδοι για να μην μείνει έγκυος στην πρώτη θέση. Αλλά κάποιος καταλαβαίνει επίσης τις εξαιρέσεις από αυτούς τους κανόνες.
Διάβασα ένα επιχείρημα σχετικά με ένα θύμα βιασμού που ταξινομεί μια έκτρωση, μπορεί κανείς να καταλάβει τη συλλογιστική, αλλά το έμβρυο, το αγέννητο παιδί εξακολουθεί να είναι ένα θύμα αθώος.
 
Ήμουν τυχερός που επέλεξα να έχω τα παιδιά μου, χωρίς επιπλοκές, όπως μερικές μητέρες που κάνουν επιλογές για λόγους υγείας τόσο των ίδιων όσο και του αγέννητου παιδιού τους που μπορεί να υποφέρουν από γενετική ασθένεια.
Η κόρη μου έκανε μια συνειδητή επιλογή να μην έχει παιδιά και σε κάποιο σημείο σκέφτηκα να μην έχω κανένα εγγόνιο. Μέχρι τη σύζυγο του Υιού μου, μετά από πολλές αποβολές, τελικά γέννησε σε ηλικία 38 ετών σε ένα υγιές κορίτσι. Ποιος είναι τώρα ηλικίας οκτώ ετών ..

Ανησυχώ για το μέλλον της και γενικότερα για τη νεότερη γενιά, καθώς βλέπω τον κόσμο να αλλάζει, όχι μόνο στο κλίμα, αλλά και στις αξίες και στην κατήχηση των νεαρών μυαλών με τέτοια πίεση που τώρα κλιμακώνεται στην εκπαίδευση για να επιτύχει, ενώ εξαρτάται από τα κοινωνικά μέσα τα δίκτυα, τα τυχερά παιχνίδια και το χειρισμό του νου, προσθέτοντας επιπλέον βάρος που τους πιέζει περισσότερο. Στην οποία η νεότερη γενιά στοχεύει τώρα με φάρμακα κατά της κατάθλιψης που προκαλούν περισσότερα προβλήματα υγείας και ποσοστά αυτοκτονίας.
Δεν μπορώ παρά να ελπίζω ότι όλοι μας θα ξυπνήσουμε σε αυτό που υποτάσσουμε εμείς και στη νεότερη γενιά πολύ σύντομα.

Dear Oannes, the subject matter I know very controversial, Life is sacred in my book. Society treads a thin line especially in todays world where by there are plenty of methods NOT to get pregnant in the first place, But one also understands the exceptions to these rules too.
I read an argument about a victim of rape who sort an abortion, one can understand the reasoning, but the fetus, that unborn child is still an Innocent victim.

I was lucky I chose to have my children, with no complications as some mothers who make choices for health reasons of both themselves and their unborn child who may suffer genetic disease..
My daughter made a conscious choice not to have children, and at one point I thought not to have any grandchildren.. Until my Son’s wife after many miscarriages finally gave birth aged 38 to a healthy girl. Who now is aged eight years old..

I worry about her future, and the younger generation in general, as I see the world change, not only in climate, but in values, and indoctrination of the young minds with such pressures now escalating in education to achieve, while addicted to social media networks, gaming, and mind manipulation, adding extra weight to which depresses them further. To which the younger generation are now being targeted with anti-depressant drugs which are causing more health issues and suicide rates..
I can only hope we all of us wake up to what we are subjecting ourselves to, and our younger generation very soon.
