That was a early parody. I was inspired to make it when the Conservancy kept tearing out the beaver dams. The Conservancy is a perfect example of the rule that says if you want to know what a government agency really does, you take their name and apply the opposite. The Conservancy conserve nothing and destroys everthing it can.

Beavers are great water managers, but the Conservancy sees them as pests, and want to tear out their dams. We finally got the Conservancy to stop tearing the beaver dams out of the clear ditch. There have been a lot of invasive plants that have been introduced over the past 100 years that rob water from from native plants. When it comes to water management humans are pathetic, and they play a large role in desertification in the southwestern USA.
