The problem is the climate activists don’t know what they are fighting for on climate change. When I asked one fairly reasonable person what the goal of climate change activism is, he said “To get the earth to a comfortable 72º F!” You are trying to kill almost everything on earth then? I asked. He was puzzled. He didn’t understand that few plants can reproduce if all the world was a constant temperature, weather patterns would be disrupted and their would little or nor rainfall in most of the earth, and almost all habitats would be decimated. A comfortable 72º F would be an ecological disaster.
